Superior Appalachian Pipeline, LLC. (SAP) has applied for, and received, an air permit to construct an natural gas compressor station in Frazer Township. This would be the first Marcellus Shale compressor station located in Allegheny County. The proposed facility would include five large compressor engines, three dehydrator/reboilers, and two storage tanks.
