Public Comments

Delivering public comments to regulators is a crucial component of what GASP does.  When federal, state, or local changes to regulations are proposed, all stakeholders generally have a window of time wherein they can submit comments and have the regulators read and respond to them.  GASP delivers these comments in person, when possible, and in writing, and often submits further, more detailed comments than those we present verbally.

Giving comments about issues that matter to you makes a great impact.  Stuffed mailboxes and lines of citizens wishing to speak show the regulators that we are watching, and that our voices need heard.
